VP Customer Services
A national medical diagnositc product company is looking for a VP Customer Service. This person is responsible for the technical assistance center, field service operations, the product specialist and all training. They will also be responsible for training, service audits and contracts of OEMs, resellers and service partners. They will support the needs of new products and releases, participate in new product development, manage repair depot and service inventory. Must be able to profitably grow the I.T. service business in addition to the traditional existing business. This will be for the convergence from analog to digital medical systems.
This is a salary plus bonus position, prefer the candidate to live in Nashua, NH, but may be worked remotely from major city on East Coast to Chicago region.
This position requires a technical savvy person with experience in product development and management experience.
REQUIREMENTS
BA required and at least 10 years in a medical service oriented setting. Candidates with no medical experience will not be considered.
Requires strong I.T. skills from a healthcare setting.
Background in medical imaging or radiology required.
Background in analog and digital systems required.
Strong interpersonal, business development and leadership skills.
ONLY candidates with strong I.T. knowledge, imaging or radiology product experience, management experience and technical services experience will be considered.
