As a member of our exclusive team, you'll enjoy exceptional rewards and growth opportunities.We need a talented individual to fill the role of VP, Collections.Under the direct supervision of the SVP of Loan Servicing, this individual provides leadership and directs the activities of the Collections Department in both daily operations and future development and actively participates in Strategic Planning both Departmentally and Divisionally.Carries out Managerial/Corporate Officer responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; writing of performance appraisals; rewarding and counseling staff members with the appropriate input and assistance from HR and management: addressing complaints and resolving problems.
