Associate Program Manager - 

 

This individual will be responsible for all aspects of Rewards Management, including management of: Internal and External relationships, all Acquisition and ECM promotions for The Home Depot Rewards MasterCard product.

 

This individual will work closely with the VP of Rewards, Advertising, and Promotions, Citi's CMO of The Home Depot portfolio as well as the partner.  This candidate should be able to manage several different projects simultaneously while being able to view the business from a strategic perspective and driving the business.   They should be able to have an understanding of technology infrastructure as well as a solid understanding of the rewards marketplace.  REQUIREMENTS


Minimum of 3-7 years in the Cards or Loyalty arena

Strong project management skill set

Strong product development / product management skill set

Be able to clearly communicate accross all levels of management

Any portfolio conversion experience is a plus but not mandatory

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, proficiency in MS Project is a plus but not mandatory

Good understanding of loyalty strategy as it relates to customer behavior and expense management 

Desire to learn and be innovative
