We are currently seeking a Vice President to join our Accounts Team located in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. This individual would be a key member of a team dedicated to providing transactional services, financial and qualitative analysis, real estate strategy, and account management support to our national and international clients.

VICE PRESIDENT - San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:
Work with clients and other Jones Lang LaSalle professionals to assist our clients with integrating their real estate plans with their business plans, developing occupancy cost savings strategies, evaluating alternative financial structures, and reviewing transaction related processes and procedures for improvement
Provide comprehensive leasing and strategic advisory services, handle negotiations, and execute transactions
REQUIREMENTS
MBA or JD degree preferred; emphasis in Finance a plus
Minimum of 5 years corporate real estate account management experience
Strong transaction experience including - acquisitions, dispositions, lease restructures, Argus valuations and purchase and sale/lease back transactions
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
High level of customer service skills
Strong financial analytical skills
Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and Argus is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
