Survey Party Chief

Purpose: Our client offers more than a traditional civil engineering firm. In addition to their core services of engineering and surveying, they offer a full range of management services. Much of their work is in construction and program management. They also provide structural, water/wastewater, and transportation engineering. Their land planning, engineering, and surveying groups are the foundation of layers of service they provide on projects from start to finish -- from the ground up.

They are seeking a Party Chief who has 2 - 5 years of field experience leading crews. Responsibilities will include drafting survey points and assisting licensed surveyor with document preparation. Surveys will include construction staking, topographies, and boundary surveys.

Other Qualifications:

-Experience with Trimble GPS
-Knowledge of AutoCAD (Preferred)
-Good math skills
-Strong communication skills (ability to interact with others in and out of the field)
-Motivated and ambitious
-Self starter
-Able to work with little supervision and direction
