Surgery Administrator/DON

HEALTHSOUTH Surgery Center of Mesquite in sunny Mesquite, TX is currently seeking a dynamic individual to serve as Administrator/DON of this outstanding multi-specialty 3 OR/ 1 Procedure Room Surgery Center . The person in this position is responsible for the overall management of the center including oversight of preop, OR, PACU, pain management, business office functions, marketing, business development, physician relations, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates for this position will have previous clinical management and health administration experience along with experience in managing an ambulatory environment. Additionally, this person should definitely possess a strong commitment to excellent clinical outcomes, cost efficiency, product enhancement, and high business ethics; Management experience is crucial and ASC experience and a clinical background preferred.
