Senior Vice President - Operations

Unit Description: Sodexho is in search of a Senior Vice President, Operations for our Education Facilities Division. The SVP will be responsible for facility engineering accounts at our College and Schools accounts throughout the states of LA, FL, TX, AL, SC, NC, GA, MS TN, the Senior Vice President will be responsible for 5 District Managers and 3 support staff and an area managed volume at $165 million. This is a facilities/engineering/plant operations maintenance/environmental services discipline. The qualified candidate will need to reside within the geography of the territory.Position Summary:
Responsible for strategic and business planning and management for a specific geography within a Division. Provides leadership and direction for all business aspects within the assigned geography including account operations, growth, and retention, staff development and training, and financial growth and accountability.
