Senior Vice President/Designated Broker

Retail Brokers, Inc. (RBI), one of the leading retail commercial real estate brokerages in the Southwest with offices in Arizona, California, Nevada and New Mexico, is seeking qualified candidates for the executive position of Senior Vice President/Designated Broker for the Scottsdale office.

Duties will include overseeing day-to-day operations of RBI’s Scottsdale office, including recruiting and managing RBI’s agents and leasing assistants, meeting with landlords and tenants in order to secure new business and expanding the base of business, supervising transactions, managing budgets and working closely with other directors in Scottsdale and regionally in order to advance the overall goals of the company. Local area candidates preferred, with extensive knowledge of the metro-Phoenix retail market, management experience and a minimum of five years commercial real estate and brokerage experience.
REQUIREMENTS
•Licensed Broker in Arizona
•Solid sales and sales management experience
•Skilled in leasing and sales transactions of commercial real

•Highly adept at motivating personnel and problem solving
