Senior Sales Professional (Aviation)

·Engage in Sales and Marketing (airports, airlines, etc.) on a national and potentially international level. ·Sales and Marketing activities include top 20 US industry sites, regional sites as well as related businesses. Management of some regional maintenance operations to assure sites are managed to optimize customer satisfaction, profitability, incremental growth, personnel safety and technical training.
·Interact with the Director of Sales in identifying and optimizing sales opportunities in the region.
·Interact with the Manager of Marketing in developing appropriate marketing materials, advancing the Web Services activities and in completing and maintaining the marketing materials involving competitors, the top 30 industry facilities and related markets.
·Interact with the Manager of Information Technologies in the review, development, enhancement and advancement of specialty technical programs and software.
·Assist the Manager of Technical Services in defining and pricing new sales opportunities.
·Provide management oversight for implementation of new business in the regions.

REQUIREMENTS
·Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field, MBA preferred.
·Must be a proven self starter with the need and resolve to succeed in a highly competitive market and environment.
·Background of five proven successful years in sales, particularly in the area of maintenance & the service industry with specifics in the aviation industry.
·Proven track record of interacting with key people in the aviation industry.
·Good verbal and written communication skills
·Strong presentation skills with ability to introduce and implement new business strategies.
·Strong leadership ability, team building experience and good people skills.
·Sound Financial understanding.
·PC skills to include: spreadsheets, project and presentation software, maintenance application software, and financial software.
·Maintenance Operations knowledge and experience.
