Senior Project Leader

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Project Leader to be responsible for managing the implementation of 12 projects that fulfill IBC's 2010 strategy to revitalize the Front Office (FO) organization, realign its incentive programs, and channel its relationships. This position involves project design and implementation, including precise mapping of project implementation details, and process / gap analysis, improvement and reengineering. Additional responsibilities include: business requirement gathering, creation and updating of project documentation, identification and resolution of barriers, reporting and tracking of progress, obtaining and reviewing progress reports from team leads, and event planning and meeting/committee facilitation.
REQUIREMENTS
The incumbent must be a self-motivated highly organized individual with effective communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate. Qualified candidates must also possess:
Bachelors degree in Business, Public Health Service Administration or an equivalent field of study with six years experience managing or leading projects in a managed care or very closely related field; or equivalent work experience
Experience with MS Project
Demonstrated knowledge of cross-divisional work processes and systems and the ability to bring these complex projects to a successful conclusion
Ability to manage multiple complex projects
Demonstrated leadership skills, team building skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve conflict
