Leads the assessment of critical business needs and translates these requirements into an implementable action plan(s). Serves as a principal facilitator in the design, development, delivery (incl. knowledge transfer) and evaluation of end-user focused analytical solutions / tools. Manages key departmental projects & initiatives employing critical Decision Support standards and methodologies to (1) advance the effective management of key knowledge assets, (2) encourage more data responsive leadership, (3) promote data driven decision-making and (4) enhance overall end-user analytical capability. Supervises a Decision Support staff of junior business analysts focused on meeting the strategic operational / performance needs of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Operational Development & Support: Develops key working partnerships across the organization; proactively identifies DS engagement opportunities; facilitates the design, development, delivery and evaluation of identified projects and core client service methodology that support CHOP's operating plan (pillars).
2.Team Development: Demonstrates a commitment to team development.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree required (Master's Degree/MBA preferred)
Minimum of 7 years business analyst experience with extensive background in analyzing business operations / systems and in developing business requirements for change and process management;
Minimum of 2 years related work experience in process / project management;
Additional Technical Skills:
Required: strong proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products including: Excel, Project, Visio, Access, Word and PowerPoint;
