At least five years of commercial property and casualty insurance field experience.
Additionally, individual must be customer focused, professional, organized, a problem solver, self-motivated, able to handle difficult situations including conflict, understand and be able to apply the sales process, work well with both sales and operations personnel, able to read financial statements, PC literate and familiar with finance systems.
