Senior Vice President, Technology SolutionsThis position oversees both technology strategic planning and project management for critical technology projects and certain business/operational projects within Countrywide Home Loans’ Full Spectrum® Lending Division.Primary Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing the strategic planning process for Countrywide’s Full Spectrum Lending Division’s Technology and ensuring that all technology projects are aligned with and supporting company business strategies.

Collaborating with senior management and internal/external entities to define the technology direction and strategy for the division.

Overseeing and managing mission-critical and highly-visible projects from conception to implementation.

Driving cross-functional teams of various levels of technologists and business professionals in order to meet or exceed stakeholder project implementation needs and expectations.A successful candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Computer Information Systems.

At least 7-10 years of active involvement in project management and technology/business strategic planning.

7-10 years of progressive experience managing business projects of strategic consequence/value, as well as in the administration of departmental goals, objectives and personnel.

Experience in executive stakeholder management.

Experience with project management software and structured project methodologies.

Extensive knowledge of project management methodology.

Ability to facilitate collaborative visioning, establish long-range strategies, and manage short-term tactics towards organizational goals.

Leadership and partnering skills.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project, Niku Project Management Software, Word and Internet data collection.The ideal candidate may also possess:

Knowledge of the Mortgage Banking and Financial Service industry.
