SENIOR ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER - Immediate Opening!This is an exclusive executive non-sales position in a branch office with an elite wealth management firm. They are looking for someone to assist the branch Operations Manager with administrative functions to minimize risk and assure efficient client-focused service.

Last year our client was ranked #1 in pre-tax profit margins amongst all competing firms.As a Senior Assistant Operations Manager for this firm, your duties will include:* Assisting in managing the daily work of branch operations staff, ensuring that work is accurately and efficiently processed, providing service to clients, and protecting the firm from financial loss and liability.
* Assisting the Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating operations staff and work assignments.* Researching and resolving problems in clients' accounts.* Providing operations orientation for new Financial Advisors in the branch* Evaluating workloads and problem areas within operations to determine potential reassignments and training* Assist in compliance training
* Preparing and submitting required reports* Maintaining diligence over potential compliance and client problems, and reporting unusual or unethical situations to the Operations Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Series 7, 8 or 9/10 and 63 is preferred- 3 or more years of operations experience- Extensive knowledge of branch operations, procedures and systems- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients- Ability to perform the functions of Operations Associate, Senior Operations Associate, or Registered Operations Associate- Knowledge of applicable industry regulations and practices- Strong analytical, interpersonal and writing skills- Strong math and basic accounting knowledge- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines- High School diploma or equivalent
