Job Description:
Aggressively manage an affordable housing portfolio-be a leader!
Work with the CEO and Executive VP and your on-site teams to maintain and improve the value of the assets
Build strong on-site management teams through coaching and motivation.
Create innovative marketing plans to reach the target market.
Drive revenue and develop strategies to improve performance at the property level.
Increase portfolio occupancy and income
REQUIREMENTS
A leader who is a Proactive, Focused-Performance driven person Highly skilled in increasing revenue and creating efficiency-Organized Individual Proficient in creating budgets and understanding financials Excellent Communication skills Marketing savy and a drive to be the best, team building skills and affordable housing experience is a plus.
