Regional Vice President

Our Ohio based client, a fast growing, privately held Real Estate Investment Firm, is seeking a sharp individual to join their management team in a VP position covering a Regional Market. Our client buys and manages high-end apartment complexes in Dallas, Atlanta, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton and Indianapolis. This position will be based in the Atlanta/Dallas area. The Regional VP will manage multiples complexes within the area and will perform duties related customer and employee issues, hiring /terminating employees, training, and leadership of staff. There will be some travel between Atlanta and Dallas depending on the properties managed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing multiples sites and many employees. While real estate experience is a plus, a candidate coming from the retail environment would be highly regarded as well. Stability of work history is important, as well as someone who is an achiever, goal oriented, and has energy for their position!

This company expects to double in size in the next 5 years so there is a lot of opportunity for this person which includes equity partnership in 5 years. First year base salary is between 65-100K, based on work history and personal attributes. Bonuses start after you have been with the company for a year, and range from 10-50K per year.
