Regional Sites Security Chief

Key Role: Supervise and train security officer staff, ensuring the safety and security of all Booz Allen Hamilton personnel, property, and information at company facilities. Monitor and maintain access control, fire, and safety systems. Create and manage daily work schedules and ensure any post openings are filled. Review incident reports and daily security officer's reports. Liaise between regional security forces and Booz Allen personnel. Conduct investigations of reports of theft, vandalism, harassment, workplace violence, and suspicious activity. Work with the security chief administrator to make sure payroll issues are reported and recorded. Participate in security awareness activities and coordinate all security force activities needed at off sites away from the McLean headquarters office.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with security-related work

-Experience with supervising staff

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to obtain a security clearance


Additional Qualifications:

-BA or BS degree or an equivalent level of knowledge

-Certified Protection Professional a plus

-Secret clearance a plus

Clearance:
