Description:

Achieve annual sales plan by dollars, units and gross margin.

Annual plan development and implementation for territory managers and brokers.

Coverage and development to facilitate sales growth for 4 territory managers and 6 brokers over a twelve state region.

Build and maintain relationships with territory manager, brokers, distributor management and key operator personnel.

Identify opportunities within distribution and operator communities.

Reviews all sales strategies with territory management, along with business group management.

Make pricing, program and marketing decisions for the distribution and operator customer base within the region.

Analyze monthly sales and customer profitability to ensure the region is on track to achieve annual plan.

Efficiently completes and follows up with administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.


Requirements:

Proactively assessing market and customer opportunities.

Developing selling strategies

Building rapport with key customer decision makers in cross-functional areas of responsibilities.

Creating and selling solutions for customers.

Knowledge of the foodservice packaging industry.

Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.

Preferred Qualifications Proven track record in:

Proactively assessing market and customer opportunities.

Developing selling strategies

Building rapport with key customer decision makers in cross-functional areas of responsibilities.

Creating and selling solutions for customers.

Knowledge of the foodservice packaging industry.
