Regional Compensation Director

Provena Central Illinois Region is currently seeking a Regional Compensation Director. Requirements include: knowledge of compensation theory, practice, and statistical analysis as would normally be acquired with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experience.
