Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking an accountable and self-motivated performer to join our team. This exciting position will challenge your rapport building abilities. The Real Estate Sales Manager will possess an excellent track record in business to consumer sales, demonstrated positive leadership, coaching/mentoring abilities and good organizational skills.

Our company, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona is a dynamic and growing real estate investment firm. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, self starter with strong presentation, analytic, negotiation and communication skills along with the ability to motivate and manage others.

The role will recruit, hire and train the sales force to sell part of its 400+ residential real estate portfolio to our existing tenant base and to investors looking for turn key income properties for purchase. We also continue to add properties to our existing portfolio.

Candidate is supported by an experienced team of professionals and will be expected to take high level strategic initiatives from senior management and develop tangible plans for execution. Creativity, initiative, accountability and an entrepreneurial spirit are the characteristics we seek in the successful candidate. Compensation structure shall be based upon experience brought to the company and will include performance based incentives. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations.
REQUIREMENTS
•We are looking for the best of the best—you will need a solid track record of employment in the real estate sales and management capacity. Minimum of 3-5 years preferred.
•Knowledge of mortgages, commissions, escrow and sales training skills are mandatory!
•Contact management database and report generation tools a must.
•You must be very detailed oriented, customer focused, and have the ability to close the deal.
•Demonstrate ability to grow, mentor, develop and manage a team of sales people
•Good follow up and follow through skills
•A commitment to client satisfaction
•Willingness to travel when and if necessary
•Capability to manage your time effectively and remain organized

•Positive leadership style
