SUMMARY:
Responsible for the programmatic, fiscal, and personnel activities of the Treatment Networks. This includes the services provided in the Residential, Vocational, Educational and Counseling Programs by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1.Responsible for implementing and monitoring all treatment and program planning.
2.Assists Residential, Vocational and Clinical Supervisory Programs to respond constructively to treatment for assigned clients and assist in adjustment leading to and following discharge.
3.Monitors consumer referrals in conjunction with Admissions Coordinator.
4.Informs the Assistant Regional Director of all program changes, functions, and significant occurrences verbally or through the submission of a monthly operational report.
5.Responsible for administrative and, with the Clinical Coordinator, clinical supervision and performs evaluations for all Treatment Network staff and contractors, including Residential, Vocational, and Counseling Programs.
6.Participates in staff development, and identifies in-service training needs; establishes training formats, schedules, and sessions.
7.Responsible for compliance with all contractual obligations and maintenance of quality improvement.
8.Develops and maintains amicable relationships with current and potential contract referral sources.
9.Actively participates in the Operations Committee.
10.Administers approved policies and procedures to ensure for effective implementation of the unit programs inclusive of clinical services, case management, individual Treatment Plans, personnel functions, expense control, and client placement/transfer/termination.
11.Assist in the development of the financial operating plan. Responsible for administering and managing the operating plan as approved by the Assistant Regional Director.
12.Ensures maintenance of physical plants in conjunction with Facilities Manager.
13.Assists in the development, expansion and marketing of Programs and Clinical Services.
14.Performs related duties, special assignments and projects as required by the Assistant Regional Director.
15.Attend and successfully pass all required inservice training.
16.Participate in Quality Improvement (QI), as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages 1 to 20 subordinate department heads. Is responsible for the direction of treatment, coordination, and evaluation of these programs.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
REQUIREMENTS
The right candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field along with seven years of experience working with SED youth. LCSW or LMFT highly preferred. Would consider MBA if accompanied by residential experience.
