A $65m national landscaping company is currently searching for an experienced leader to help them with their profitability, operations and delivery of services. The company offers landscaping services to property managers, communities, golf courses and commercial real estate such as maintenance, installation, design, irrigation, construction, tree trimming and many other services related to landscape.

The goals for this position are to: Increase customer satisfaction by identifying and establishing policies and procedures related to quality control Increasing profit margins by driving the cost out of the delivery of services while maintaining quality standards Increasing employee retainment especially at the middle manager level Increase the top line revenue by establishing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and sales plan Increase market share within identified key markets Streamline purchasing and procurement of supplies and equipment Setting goals and directives for regional staff Complete P&L responsibility

Base Salary: $160 - 185k, Bonus, Car Benefits, 401k, Expense Account

REQUIREMENTS

- College degree is a must

- Extensive P&L experience

- Hands on operational experience

- Customer centric Professionalism

- 15 plus years in Landscape business
