The primary duties of the Port Planning Business Class Director includes responsibility for development and management of large ports projects for northern California. Will be assigned to work with the National and Regional Transportation Directors to develop large scale ports pursuits nationally. Encompasses developing leads, preproposal visitations, proposal preparation coordination with technical staff, presentations and negotiations. May also lead and assist with key regional water pursuits. Will facilitate and help lead capture planning efforts, client analysis and development of major strategies for positioning with the client, differentiating HDR and responding to procurement proposal and interview requirements.
