PROJECT DIRECTOR -- The Mule Town Family Network

The Mule Town Family Network is currently seeking a Project Director of a system of care - a coordinated network of community-based services and supports that are organized to meet the challenges of children and youth with serious mental health needs and their families. The Project Director will be responsible for leadership, development and overall coordination of all project activities. The project location is Maury County, TN.To apply for this challenging position, candidates must meet the following requirements: Passion for the well-being of children and youth who have a serious emotional or behavioral disorder and their families Ability to work in a team environment with a strong work ethic Ability to work flexibly, and under pressure, with a high degree of diplomacy in interactions Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate consensus building Experience in program management and implementation Outstanding written and oral communication skills Previous experience in working with community service systems, children/youth and families is desirable Residence in or knowledge of Maury County community preferred Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, Master's Degree preferred Please visit our website at www.centerstone.org to apply for these or other available positions.
