PLANT BUYER

ATWOOD MOBILE PRODUCTS is seeking a Plant Buyer for our Greenbrier, TN location. This position will report to the Plant Manager and the Business Unit Purchasing Manager. Duties include: researching and selecting suppliers; purchasing assigned commodities according to company and corporate guidelines; investigating cost reduction opportunities in the domestic and overseas supply base; in a manufacturing environment. We have a 60-year history of designing and manufacturing engineered components for recreational vehicles, buses, heavy-duty trucks, boats, towed equipment and other specialty vehicles. As the largest supplier to the American recreational vehicle industry, we are synonymous with reliable recreation vehicle components. We require an Associate's Degree and a minimum of 3 - 5 years related experience in a high volume cross functional team environment utilizing ISO and APQP processes. Additional education may be substituted for experience and vice versa. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
