Nurse Liaison/Director of Marketing

Wyant Woods Care Center is currently recruiting a Nurse Liaison/Marketing Director to join our team of professionals. The position of Nurse Liaison/Marketing Director serves as the primary liaison to prospective patients and families and designated health care providers including physicians, health care facilities, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, insurance case management professionals, attorneys and community groups. Responsible for meeting and exceeding census goals. Yearly and quarterly sales and marketing plans will focus the day to day job tasks. The efforts of this position will work in tandem with the strategic business plan as well as the leadership team in the facility.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have 3 years marketing experience along with 1 year nursing (Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse)experience. Must be able to maintain thorough understanding of hospital's patient treatment programs, philosophies, goals and objectives. Develop meaningful business and personal rapport with key individuals within all customer accounts. Must be knowledgeable of sales, marketing, and product development practices, standards of practice, state and federal laws and guidelines that pertain Long Term Care.
