CLINICAL TRAINER
(Req # 13639)
Create, implement and evaluate training tools and programs in conjunction with existing training team to support the development of the skills and competencies of our employees. Must have an IL RN license, 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience and software training skills along with a solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

CARE MANAGERS
(Req # 11745)
$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Must be an IL licensed RN with 3-5 years clinical practice experience, preferably in acute care hospital setting. 2 years managed care, case management and/or utilization management. Proficiency in Windows applications is required. Supervisory experience and bilingual skills a plus.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
CONSULTANTS/ADVOCATES

Must be able to make and receive incoming calls with a pleasant telephone manner and assist the caller in an extremely fast-paced environment. You must have two to three years combined experience in a medical and/or call center environment and a working knowledge of computers. Excellent communication skills are required. Bilingual English-Spanish or French strongly desired.
