Military Child Care Director's

VisionQuest, a behavioral health agency, working with at-risk youth and families, seeks dynamic, assertive Child Care Director to act as team leader to oversee program norms and standards in assigned living unit(s) to ensure safety and delivery of comprehensive program services for youth.

We are seeking both experienced Directors with a Bachelor's degree in addition to former military professionals who seek a new career serving troubled youth.

This position is based in Franklin, Pennsylvania which is 1.5 hours north of Pittsburgh and 1 hour south east of Erie.

The person in this position supervises the Child Care Worker. The Child Care Director participates in the multidisciplinary team within the program, and serves as primary liaison for family, youth and outside agencies in the absence of the Therapist. The Child Care Worker also hold direct care responsibilities along with the Child Care Worker, who again, report to the Child Care Directors.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a college degree in social services or a related field, plus at least two years' experience in residential treatment programs. Related work experience may be substituted as an equivalent to each year of a four-year college degree. Supervisory experience required.
