McNeilus Companies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oshkosh Truck Corporation, is a market leading manufacturer of refuse hauling trucks, concrete placement trucks, and concrete batch plants. We are currently searching for the following position in our Dodge Center, MN branch:

PURCHASING AGENT
This position will be responsible for the procurement of all goods and services from suppliers as related to their component group. Responsible for supplier related coordination in the areas of procurement actions, quality control, engineering interface, manufacturing coordination and supplier selection. Bachelor's degree in the field of Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field. 6-8 years related experience. Skill/knowledge level in specialized techniques or principles of purchasing.

QUALITY MANAGER
This position will maintain the quality management system and manage quality activities including inspection, auditing and corrective and preventative actions. Responsible for maintaining and developing ISO and other quality measurement systems. Bachelor's degree required. 5 years in supervisory experience in manufacturing environment. Experience or training necessary in ISO system.

MANUFACTURING
ENGINEERING MANAGER
Responsible for indirect and manufacturing cost reduction and overall product quality improvement. Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred. 10+ years progressive experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing engineering group with a minimum of 5 years at a management level.

ACCOUNTANT
Provide information for management through preparation of financial statements, management of analysis reports, and reconciliation, while being involved with monthly analysis and forecasts. Functions in areas such as costing, invoicing, government reporting, etc. will also be assigned. Involvement in Sarbanes-Oxley internal documentation, testing, and process change management - experience required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Accounting. 2-5 years of public and or industry accounting experience. A background in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.

STRATEGIC SOURCING
MANAGER
This position will develop and implement a strategic purchasing plan for our growing operations by development of a required supplier base to meet operational needs, targeted cost controls, and specific process improvements and controls. Bachelor's degree in the field of Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field. 6-8 years related experience. Skill/knowledge level in specialized techniques or principles of purchasing.

CHIEF COMPOSITE ENGINEER
Technical expert responsible for ensuring quality material and process from qualification to finished product. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering. Master's degree preferred. 7+ years practical experience in an environment where product is manufactured from polyurethane.

PRINCIPAL BUSINESS ANALYST
This position will support the Purchasing department and will focus on supply chain initiatives. This position requires the ability to supervise multiple projects and various levels of staff. This position requires a general technical background, strong business knowledge and very strong project management skills. It is extremely important for this person to possess excellent people skills to routinely interact with team members as well asbusiness personnel and management. Should be driven to improve processes and technology within the department as well as other areas of the business. Must always be able to independently resolve problems, pro-actively communicate, and manage projects. BS, BA in computer related degree required, or prior experience will be considered. Generally over 10 years of experience.
