Suros Surgical Systems, Inc., 6100 Technology Center Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46278, has positions available for market research analysts. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data appropriate to provide management with key insights to improve operating results including: sales and marketing analysis, market segments sales analysis, market size analysis and opportunity evaluation, develop marketing information system including competition analysis by sales, compile mammotome location data for territory mapping and in-territory data, develop mammograms statistics for county, state and territory, provide and analyze demographic data for territories and regions, sales representative performance/contribution analysis, territory alignment evaluation and realignment implementation in the territory mapping software (AlignStar) and accounting software, analyze affect of territory changes on commissions; accounting, regional profit and loss reporting, cost center variance analysis and various profit and loss analyses, commissions calculations on capital and disposable assets, develop and generate commissions and sales performance reports including quota performance and regional performance report (by sales revenue and by percentage to quota), prepare sales representative comparison reports by different measures; financial analysis, commission plan design and evaluation of incentive/commission structure and analyze/evaluate possible commission changes, develop and generate reports based on the needs of organizations, cash management, short-term investments, and other analysis projects as assigned. Minimum requirements include: Masters in Business Administration (with a concentration in accounting and/or finance). Proficiency in Excel (pivot table design), Word, using relational data basis for reporting writing and analysis, experience in gathering and analyzing data, and must be authorized to work permanently in the United States. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with staff at all levels and demonstrate a problem-solving skills, and strong written and oral communication skills are also required. Please
