INST MGR OF MKTING/SALES/SUPPORT-VP

Employment Type: Regular Full/Part Time: Full Time Division: Investment Advisors Location: FIFTH THIRD CENTER, CINCINNATI, OHGENERAL FUNCTION: This position drives all institutional marketing and sales support efforts. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with Institutional Management team across the Bancorp to develop and manage the production of sales and marketing material.
Works with clients to identify specific communication needs and strategies and with internal and/or external marketing staff to develop the actual copy and media that support that strategy.
Develops annual and long-term plans for the department; may participate in finals presentations with sales staff.
Works closely with Institutional plan administration staff to ensure overall client satisfaction.
Oversees the development of the RFP Support team.
Manages process to assist sales staff in Completion of RFPs.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments. Job RequirementsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:liBachelor's Degree requiredliAdvanced Degree desiredliSeasoned administrator (5-7 years) with a comprehensive knowledge of the defined contribution business, investment products, ERISA requirements.liExperience with employee communication and education techniques and approaches.liPossesses strong communication skills and has a good working knowledge of the company's products and services.
