Human Resources Manager

Company location is looking for an HR Manager to provide HR support for a full range of human resource services; including recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, employee communications, and safety. Initial learning assignments will focus on gaining process knowledge and understanding supporting HR functional services such as requisition process, recruiting sources, interviewing, job posting, employee activities, and data bases.
REQUIREMENTS
An ability to coordinate and integrate diverse issues within complex organizations. Advancing TQM and safety practices within project and daily work is also required. You will also work with supervisors in solving various human resources issues and in ensuring strong communications. Travel will be required.
BS/BA required. Minimum of 5-8 years prior experience in the Human Resources function, preferably in a manufacturing environment
