Human Resource Director

You will be responsible for all HR aspects including, but not limited to: Hiring, implementation of new strategies, benefits, employee relations, policies, compliance, and compensation.


Communication is a key, with an extreme emphasis on confidentiality. You must have a strong can-do attitude, and be willing to work hard.



It would be your responsiblity to:



Train and develop any new staff
Draft a job decription
Complete new hire paperwork
Ensure that all employees are in compliance with the policies
Oversee the employee cost budget
Manage all company benefits
Participate in job fairs for possible new employees
Handle EDD and disability claims
Perform salary reviews
Set a great example for all staff
REQUIREMENTS
A BA in a related field
HR Certification from an accredited university, or SHRM designation (preferred)
5-10 years experience managing all human resource department functions
Personal management experience
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, Netscape, HTML, and Database Concepts.
The ability to write reports, correspondence, read and analyze business periodicals, professional journals, and governmental regulations.


Previous experience in a Law related field is a plus.
