Chief Executive Officer
Vibra Specialty Hospital of PortlandWe are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for our 60-bed Long Term Acute Care hospital (LTACH) in Portland OR. The hospital facility is recently acquired and undergoing renovation for conversion to an LTACH, the first in the state of Oregon. The CEO will be responsible for the full range of clinical and business functions and a key executive in a fast growing national organization.
The CEO is directly responsible for the delivery of quality care to patients, development of new business, supervision and control of staff and bottom-line financial performance. The CEO strikes a balance between day to day operating issues and strategic development initiatives to position the hospital for solid, long term growth. Key responsibilities include:•Recruiting and retention of qualified staff. The CEO provides the cultural leadership and sets the standards for operating excellence.
•Delivery of the highest quality of care possible to each patient•Implementation of clinical policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all company policies and State/Federal rules and regulations.
•Development of referral relationships, including relationships with referring physicians.
•Day to day focus on the financial operations of the hospital, with an unwavering commitment to solid financial performance.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications for the CEO position include demonstrated leadership experience in acute rehabilitation hospitals or other acute care facilities, with a track record of financial success and exemplary clinical care. Knowledge of federal, state and JCAHO regulatory requirements is essential. Successful candidates will have proven success in recruiting and developing staff, and in developing relationships with the medical community. A master's degree in a healthcare field is preferred.
