Job Description:

Ensure highly disciplined compliance with all regulatory and Company defined food safety and sanitation standards, systems, procedures and practices to guarantee absolute wholesomeness of products;

Oversee, direct and manage the Plant Operations and Sales Management team;

Responsible for plant operations;

Responsible for ensuring the business unit conforms to the company quality system procedures as documented.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years Wholesale Food Manufacturing Management and Selling experience (operational and some sales management experience preferred)

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);

Flexible and open-minded to suggestions from others;

Knowledge and understanding of Operations, Engineering and Sales.
