We are seeking individuals with unique skills and abilities for the following positions:PRECINCT CHIEFJob Duties: This role will be directly responsible for the daily operations of 1 Geek Squad store with annual revenues from 500K – 750K. This position will be responsible for teaching, coaching and enforcing store SOP and company policy with a staff of 4-6 Geek Squad Agents. In this new and evolving business model the Precinct Chief will operate in a highly evolving SOP/ AOP environment overseeing their store with minimal supervision and executing against rapid change. This position will be responsible for revenue growth, ASP, customer satisfaction and retention as well as controllable expenses, labor utilization and shrink. This role must be able to discern between decisions within their scope and those requiring upper management guidance. 40% of all decisions will be guided by precedence with 60% being new and unique situations. This position will be required to work collaboratively with other Precinct Chiefs within their market as well as other Geek Squad operations to maximize profitability and market share growth.
This role will be required to Supports/Performs advanced repairs on customer units as a percentage of the Precincts total labor availability as well as Assisting and/or responding to customer inquiries as required.
