Growing long term care corporation is seeking an EVP of Operations. Corporation currently operates 14 campuses in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Missouri, providing skilled nursing care, memory care, assisted living and independent living communities. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care, appropriate financial performance, the continued development and implementation of aggressive yet realistic business plans, and ensuring a well-respected reputation in each community. Directs and supervises Vice Presidents of Operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Dynamic leader must have ten years of experience in all aspects of long term care administration. Position requires: Multi-site (at least ten locations) operational supervision of SNFs and/or CCRCs; Thorough knowledge of state and federal long term care regulations and of Medicare regulations; Ability to travel up to 60% of the time for business purposes. Campus Development experience helpful.
