Executive Director - Hospice

Executive Director for our Ocean Springs, Mississippi location. This position oversees the clinical and administrative operations of the agency. The qualified candidate will possess 3 to 5 years hospice/home health management experience. Must have prior experience in budgeting, profit and loss management, billing and cash collections, reading and interpreting financial reports. Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities in past achievements and/or previous work experience.
Must have knowledge of the healthcare industry including state and federal regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing the highest degree of quality healthcare are essential.
Bachelor's degree in business or related healthcare field preferred.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business or related healthcare field preferred.
Licensed Registered Nurse preferred.
