Copley Professional Services Group is seeking an Executive Director.

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration, management, planning and development of Copley Professional Services Group on an annual and day-to-day basis.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1. Undergraduate degree in health care services or business management required. Masters degree in public health, public administration, business administration or hospital administration preferred.

2. Minimum three years experience in executive level health care administration with primary responsibility for the development and management of a health care delivery system(s).

3. Thorough knowledge of accepted principles and techniques of administration and supervision of personnel.

4. A demonstrated understanding of primary care and community oriented health care delivery systems.

5. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and public/ consumer and professional groups and individuals, plus the ability to work within and foster development of a team of model operations.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

7. Demonstrated skill in the management and analysis of complex financial and operational data, problem solving, and ability to implement solutions and evaluate outcomes.

8. Excellent understanding of health care financing and budgeting and demonstrated awareness of trends in health care legislation and reform.

9. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Vermont including the towns of Morrisville and Stowe. Currently, CPSG renders its medical services to over 60,000 annual encounters in five (5) locations by means of the 11 physicians and 6 midlevel practitioners it employs.
