Job Description:
Define, document and manage the execution of PM processes in accordance with PM@Siemens guidlines.
Manage development and execution of project cost improvements.
Monitor cost performance of all project under management. Take appropriate action to mitigate variances.
Monitor schedule performance of alll projects under management. Take appropriate action to mitigate variances.
Manage Project Management workload. Assignment based on backlog, workload, skill and experience.
Review large, complex and/or high risk projects prior to bid submission.
Manage the negotiation and settlemnt of contract and/or warranty disputes.
Develop and monitor Project manager performance against approriate performance targets.
Prepare and submit Project Management report as required.
Compensation:
There is assistance available for relocation.
