The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of professional, successful sales management experience in a consumer-to-consumer or retail based environment. You must have previous experience organizing, motivating and training a field sales force coupled with tactical and strategic thinking. You must have the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and take appropriate self-directed action.

REQUIREMENTS
••Qualifications:
•A minimum of a bachelors degree in business
•5 plus years of professional sales management experience with a field sales force
•Previous experience in consumer to consumer consultative sales or retail
•Highly developed communications skills
•Extremely motivated and adaptable
•Demonstrated sales and management experience
•Previous healthcare experience a definite plus
