Director of Real Estate needed to comprehensively manage a real estate portfolio for a global Outsourced Business Solutions provider. ROI-focused individual capable of managing 50-60 corporate properties for a $500M+ firm with full accountability for cost effectively managing real estate interests throughout the
U.S. and Canada.

Desired Expertise
•Fierce negotiator with 5+ years in corporate real estate and property management
•In-depth success record in managing all site analysis/selection and end-to-end management of build-outs
•Prove ability to rapidly open sales operations, corporate/executive offices, and call centers
•Skilled in working effectively with national network of agent and other industry professionals
•Respond rapidly to a high-demand Executive team on all commercial real estate issues
REQUIREMENTS
Job Accountabilities Overview:
•Manage all acquisition/disposition of real estate holdings including lease renewals and rate negotiations
•Negotiate all contracts/term sheets for commercial properties
•Oversee all property build-outs , remodels, and close-down projects
•Negotiate vendor agreements and work closely with all planners, designers and subcontractors
•Triage and resolve all property management issues
•Manage one staff
•Willingness to travel 20-30%.
