Community Health Care, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center in Southern NJ, is looking for a seasoned and creative Director of Health Services Development. The Director of Development will be responsible for the planning and execution of all development and fund raising objectives for Community Health Care. Working in concert with the President/CEO, Senior Management Staff and the Board of Directors, the Director of Development will design programs, prepare grant proposals and lead fundraising initiatives.
Duties include:
Writing grants proposals, planning and implementations of fundraising events. Preparation and design of health education strategies, curricula and outcome measures.
Qualifications include:
Bachelors Degree, 3-5 years development experience (at least 2 years at a senior level). Excellent written, communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment. Proficient in health program design, grant application writing and fundraising . Salary commensurate with experience.
