Director of Finance and Accounting

EXIANCE has been exclusively retained by a Major Entertainment Company to source a Director of Finance and Accounting. This position will be based in Mexico City with responsibilities for the oversight and accountability of the South American operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a dynamic organization. This position will report directly to the CFO of the Parent Corporation and have a high degree of visibility.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field. Masters in Finance a plus.
CPA preferred
Current knowledge of GAAP and GAAS standards and pronouncements
3+ years exerience in consolidations
Fluent in English and Spanish
5+ years experience in Restaurant or related industry
3+ years previous experience in South America - demonstrated understanding of cultural nuances and business climate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong background in establishment of internal controls / internal audit
Working knowledge of integrated GL systems. Strong Excel skills.
