Director of Compliance

Classification: Contract to Full Time Compensation: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour Robert Half Management Resources has an immediate need for a Director of Compliance for our publicly traded company located in Columbus, IN. As the Director of Compliance you will supervise, conduct and oversee audits of the internal controls that ensure our company is in compliance with all federal (to include Sarbanes-Oxley) and state regulations. You will supervise projects that address internal control issues and opportunities for control and process enhancement, as well as participate in projects to address the propriety of accounting and controls over new and existing transactions. There will be a particular high focus on the execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing plans. You will have authority over the planning, testing, documentation and evaluation of the Sarbanes-Oxley process and presentation of results to members of upper management.
