DIRECTOR Women and Children's Services
North Memorial Health Care, an independent full-service health care system employing more than 5000 people in the Twin Cities, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced nursing professional to join our leadership team in promoting quality care.
This position will provide leadership and management direction to our women and children's care services. Challenges include developing, implementing and evaluating strategic and operational plans and coaching and developing nurse managers and patient care staff.
Qualified candidates will possess a current MN RN license, a master's degree in healthcare or business and prior successful experience in a managerial and leadership role; and strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Also required is experience in the business aspects of healthcare and the competitive challenges of the marketplace for women and children's services. Knowledge and experience of the clinical specialty are strongly preferred.
