Director, Patient Care Operations

Accountable for implementing and maintaining centralized scheduling process ensuring that schedules are produced and coordinated in a timely fashion. Develop systematic deployment process for the use of all contingency personnel. Create and maintain the process for updating and creating all Nursing Policies, Procedure and staffing practices in conjunction with regulatory agency requirements. Oversee the scheduling associate roles to ensure staffing needs met with internal resources. Oversee patient placement process. Manage all contingency staff.

Current IL RN licensure; MSN or MBA required. Ten years of progressive nursing management experience, and prior experience in centralized scheduling functions and management of patient care operations within a complex system is required. Must have outstanding project management, written, and verbal communications skills.
