Emerson Heating Products is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Engineering for our Division Headquarters in Murfreesboro. Position will support our global operations in China and Mexico. Travel will be 50%. Position requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA a plus. 7-10 years progressive experience in Manufacturing. Engineering and Experience in Lean Environment. Must have excellent oral/written communication skills, presentation, analytical/problem solving, and project management skills. Must be able to organize/prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Position requires ability to interface with all levels of employees, vendors, and management.
