Global Financial Institution, this person will be the primary successor to the CCO.

Specific responsibilities include oversight and coordination of bank-wide compliance, safety and soundness and information technology policies and facilitating the OTS examination. The role will also be responsible for managing the regulatory risk assessment program, provide guidance and oversight for cash management lending products, marketing and operations as well as implementing and maintaining and communicating regulatory changes.10 plus years of experience managing compliance related activities for a federally regulated bank or thrift.
