DISTRICT MANAGER (International Business/Food Experience)

This individual is responsible for multiple locations in a geographic region,
coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area
through subordinate managers,supervisors and employees including financial
performance, client retention and employee training and development. Develops
a business plan and budget for the accounts with the GMs. Works with each client and the VP in all matters relating to contract and account operations in
order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship. The District Manager will be responsible for a multi million dollar,
multi-unit international business in dinning and food related venues, including
executive fine dinning, large catering events and other large volume operations.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have proven multi-unit experience for at least 5 successful years.
Strong financial, negotiating and organizational skills are imperative. Experience
and proven ability with food, retail, marketing and culinary are very important.
You will have many direct reports, a seasoned, highly motivated leader who
loves to develop teams and see people rise and succeed at what they do is key
to this individuals success. Your presentation skills and interpersonal skills at all
levels of mangement are a quality needed here. We will be looking for talent

and overall leadership capability.
